Overview
PAC Group was hired as the Construction Manager to renovate Courtland Arms in New Britain. After more than 20 years of remaining vacant, new life has been given to the 4-story building originally constructed in 1925. The project included converting the building into 24 affordable one-bedroom units, including four dedicated specifically for Veterans. All apartments have modern amenities and appliances. The project also included an historic rehabilitation of the building as well as all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and a new elevator. This is the second project that PAC group has done for Chrysalis.
