Community Health Center Groundbreaking in Middletown

Joined by state and local officials and community partners Community Health Center launched
construction of its Knowledge and Technology Center in Middletown on May 1;
the 45th anniversary of the organization’s founding.
The new three-story, 30,000 square-foot building will house information technology, telehealth,
communications, human resources and other offices that comprise CHC’s statewide primary care network.
PAC group begins construction in June 2017 and anticipates completion in August 2018.
This will be PAC’s 3rd project with Community Health Center Inc.
