As a result of the successful completion of the Fairfield University Barnyard “C “ dorm project
PAC Group was hired as the Construction Manager to construct 2 new residential student townhouses,
stick built on approximately 3.4 acres. The two townhouses consist of building #16, at 17,800 sq. ft.
and building #17 8,100 sq. ft. The new townhouse residences will also include provision for 43 additional
parking spaces. The new townhouses will accommodate 84 beds for undergraduate students occupancy.
The project will be completed in August 2022 before the start of the school year. This is the 6th project
that PAC Group has done for the University.
