Connecticut Landmarks Celebrates Amos Bull House Opening

Over 150 people came to the Amos Bull House opening and ribbon cutting ceremony. Amos Bull House is a 12 room, 5,500 square foot building and is Hartford’s oldest brick building. The remodeled building will serve as a community and educational center for the south downtown neighborhood.

PAC Group LLC was hired as Construction Manager to renovate and add on to the Historic Amos Bull/Butler McCook House and Garden in downtown Hartford. Project includes administrative office space and an archival center with modern amenities including restrooms, conference rooms and catering kitchen. Connecticut Landmarks utilized green technology and followed the LEED standards for all work that is performed on the campus.
