Overview
PAC Group was hired as the General Contractor for the 4,250 sq. ft. renovation of office space for AXIS. This renovation included new offices, a wellness room, IT closet, and a break room with glass office fronts. The project also included new linear lighting which needed to match the historical look of the building, limiting the wall layout. This created a challenge in obtaining the correct light fixtures while completing the project on schedule. The space was handed over to AXIS within the contracted 8 week schedule.
