Overview
PAC Group was hired as the Construction Manager for the Schwartz Manor housing renovations. The project consists of 45 different units spread out over 14 buildings. 5 of the units will become ADA accessible. Renovations include a new ductless split system, new exterior doors, fresh paint and new electrical and electrical panels. Exterior improvements include new gutters and trim boards. Site improvements will include the addition of ADA accessibility as well as new sidewalks throughout courtyard areas.
