Overview
PAC Group was hired as the Design Build Contractor for the Village Adult Service Expansion Project. The project consisted of the design and renovation of limited areas of an existing building. Because the building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, any exterior work was subject to review by the State Historic Preservation Office. The first floor work included the design and renovation of an existing warehouse storage space into portioned offices and group rooms. In addition to offices, the existing storage space was designed and renovated to include new restrooms, an entry vestibule and a reception and waiting area. Additional work on the first floor also included the design and renovation of an existing gymnasium into a new storage space.
