PAC Group was hired by Grow America to build a mixed-use commercial building of approximately 30,000 gross square feet at the intersection of Albany Ave. and Woodland St. in Hartford. Working in conjunction with the City of Hartford, Grow America aquired four parcels of land from the City. One of these parcels will contain a new two-story building. The space will be leased to commercial businesses including a bank, restaurant and coffee shop on the first floor. The second floor will be dedicated to the City of Hartford’s Department of Health. Construction is underway and anticipated to be completed in the spring of 2026.
