Borough 496-Hamden Receives Award of Merit

Every year, Preservation Connecticut recognizes outstanding achievement in protecting and nourishing Connecticut’s significant buildings, landscapes and communities with their Merit Awards. As a recipient, Borough 496 in Hamden was recognized for the grit and investment behind the re-use and recycling of one of Connecticut’s historic buildings. PAC Group is proud to have been part of the team who turned the abandoned historic school into a community based incubator; Borough 496. It’s new role in the community offers co-working spaces, meeting spaces, business training, mentoring and events. Borough 496 plays an important role as a model of community reinvestment.
