Connecticut International Academy

PAC Group was hired as the Design Builder to convert this 34,000 sf former nursing home into a 45 room dormitory for international students attending secondary schools in New England. Apex International Education Partners,LLC is registered as an international student recruitment, placement and home-stay organization committed to the support of students to achieve their long-term education goals at top US schools while providing safe, caring, and quality housing and board. The project includes abatement, demolition, new showers and bathrooms, all new finishes and kitchen renovations. The project has a very aggressive schedule to meet their incoming student enrollment.
