East Farms School Renovations

PAC Group was hired as the General Contractor for the partial renovations project to East Farms School. The main entrance to the building is to receive a 180 SF addition to provide a security vestibule, exterior ramp/stair, and tube steel canopy. The renovation includes the relocation of the school media center, administration office, teachers’ work area, art room and a few minor offices. The Construction Schedule is critical to the project as all work must be completed and the building ready for occupancy before the 2021-2022 school year begins.
