The Shops at Sky Top

The former site of Sky Top Bowling Lanes in Torrington is undergoing a transformation. PAC Group is the Developer and builder for this project that began in December 2017. The project includes a new 17,000 square foot gym; Club 24, that opened its doors in December 2017. The remaining space will be divided into 7-8 additional spaces of 2,000 – 2,400 sq. ft. for retail shops and restaurants. This multi-million dollar project is estimated to be completed sometime in July or August 2018.
