Overview
PAC Group was hired as construction manager to renovate a 25-unit elderly public housing facility owned by the Norwich Housing Authority. The bond funds are requested under the State-Sponsored Housing Portfolio (SSHP) program. The Scope includes paving and site lighting, building renovations including masonry repointing, vinyl siding, exterior doors, building lighting, laundry room renovations, new ductless splits, electrical improvements, and hot water heaters. Unit renovations include flooring, painting, bath fixtures, kitchen cabinets, counters, sinks, and appliances. Three units will become ADA compliant. The project includes asbestos removal and will be performed over 5 phases.
