Temple Pines

PAC Group was the Construction Manager for this 3-story building renovation project.  The Scope for this project included ADA improvements to bring units up to code, newly paved driveway and parking, new curbs, concrete walkways, updated landscaping and new concrete pads for generators and dumpsters.  There was also new siding, new exterior windows and doors, new lighting, a modernization of the elevator, upgraded fire alarm system, new metal roof, upgraded heat pumps, new security system, upgraded intercom systems, and all new finishes.
