Wolcott Ambulance New Headquarters

PAC Group was the GC for the construction/renovation project for the Wolcott Ambulance New Headquarters.  The project included the construction of a new front lobby space, a crews’ living & sleeping quarters(within the existing structure), and an eight-bay ambulance gargae.  The foundation for the new lobby required a handicapped ramp and concrete steps in additon to the above foundation structure and occupied spaces.  The crews’s living & sleeping quarters consisted of interior construction of occupied spaces, new windows and exit doors, and attic space with two exits (one existing and one constructed).  The eight-bay ambulance garage required a foundation with floor drains and radiant heat in addition to the above foundation garage structure, doors, etc.
