Wolcott Ambulance New Headquarters

PAC Group was the GC for the construction/renovation project for the Wolcott Ambulance New Headquarters.  The project involved the renovation of an existing church structure with the creation of an entirely new floor for attic space.  New crews’ quarters were added, a break room, offices, kitchen, Men’s & Women’s bathrooms with showers and locker rooms were also added.  A new ground-up, 8 bay apparatus bay was added to the back of the existing building which included radiant heated floors and trench drains. There was a new ground-up vestibule entrance added to the back of the existing building, new HVAC and FA systems, new lighting and controls and a new retaining wall was built behind the building.
