UCONN Health New Radiotherapy Unit
PAC Group was chosen as the preferred GC by UConn Health to complete alterations to facilitate the istallation of a new linear accelerator within an approximatley 1,400 SF vault and control room on the first floor of the Outpatient Pavillion located at the Dowling Way campus in Farmington, CT. The occupied building renovation included modifications to an existing equipment control room and concrete vault. These areas received layout modifications including MEP’s, engineered slab on grade, new finishes, millwork, which ultimatley allowed the installation of new Varian Linear Accelarator imaging equipment, and audiovisual & lighting packages to provide a serene expereince for each patient.
