Fairfield University Barnyard Manor Complete

PAC Group recently completed the Barnyard Manor  dormitory construction project
for Fairfield University. Barnyard Manor is part of the University’s housing for its
upper class students.  The townhouse complex  consists of 18 units spread across 2 blocks
with 128 beds. PAC Group was hired as the Construction Manager to build the new
6,000 sq ft dormitory building.  The project presented a unique workspace, proposing
a tight footprint for PAC Group to work through.  PAC Group has managed several
projects for Fairfield University over the past 15 years.
