PAC Group was selected as the General Contractor for this new 2-story building which added 22,892 square feet to Forman’s main campus. The Cognition & Learning Center adds 16 new classrooms and varying sizes, conference rooms, office space for staff and common areas. The building is a steel structure with a cement stucco exterior and asphalt shingle roof.
