Overview
PAC Group was awarded the renovation project for TD Bank offices in Worcester, MA which represents the 17th project PAC Group has done for TD Bank. This project consists of the demolition and renovation of 14,380 sq. ft. of existing office space for TD Bank Corporate. Two existing floors of office space are being consolidated into one floor. New construction will include 4 new bathrooms, a new café, offices with altos glass wall/door systems, new board rooms, conference rooms with new tele/data and state of the art AV systems, new fire alarm system, HVAC controls and new plumbing fixtures.
