PAC Group was the CM for Fair Haven Community Health Care’s new 33,500 SF, three-story building in New Haven. This new, modern, light-filled and colorful space is dedicated to clinical care, community programming and workforce training. There is a pharmacy, a lab, and street-level community amenities. The exisitng parking lot was also expanded, from 48 spaces to 57 spaces. Three existing structures were demolished and the remaining basement levels filled in to accomodate the additional parking spaces. The newly combined lots were graded and paved with a new storm water management system and catch basins.
