Overview
PAC Group was hired as the Construction Manager for Fairfield University’s new student housing building know as Barnyard Building “C”. This building completes the planned 3 townhouse complex known as Barnyard Manor. The project consists of the following: 72-bed, three story, stick built, student housing building with ten (10) townhouse-style units. The fast-track schedule was successfully competed for the fall of 2021 semester. This was the 5th project that PAC Group has done for the University.
